QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Post No.01: SSC/Matric or its equivalent + ITI in the designated trade with post qualification experience as indicated against each:
Electronic Mechanic: Assembling & wiring of panels, electronic equipment which includes connectorization, wire routing, wire wrapping and soldering / PCB components assembly, soldering and knowledge of standard wiring practices.
Fitter: Fabrication activity, assembling of high precision of Electro-mechanical products by selective assembly. Knowledge of gear train assembly, tapping of fine threads and insertion of helicoils/ Preparation of theodalites for measuring angles using coordinate graphing machines for making templates.
Turner;Operation of conventional and CNC lathe machines for manufacturing of very high precision components. Measurement of these components by using air gauges, slip gauges & snap gauges.
D'man Mech.: Conversant with mechanical drawing practices. Knowledge of AUTOCAD is preferred.
Welder: Tig /Arc/Gas welding. safety measures
Millwright MaintenanceMechanic: Maintenance of high precision/CNC/Conventional/Lathe, Milling and Grinding machines.
Machinist (Composite/Grinder): Operation of very high precision conventional machines (Milling & Grinding) for manufacture of precision components used for electro-mechanical products. Measurements of these components by using air gauges, slip gauges & snap gauges
Post No.02: First class Diploma in Engineering in ECE/MECH/CIVIL/ELECTRICAL with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (second class with 50% marks in aggregate for SC/STs) with post qualification experience as indicated against each:
DECE :Assembling & wiring of panels, electronic equipments which includes connectorization, wire routing, wire wrapping and soldering / PCB assembling, soldering and knowledge of standard practices. Designing, drafting, preparing terminal list, wiring drawings etc., using AUTOCAD will be preferred.
DEEE: Electrical cabling, wiring for distribution boards, fixing of electrical fittings and testing. Preparation of electrical estimates, work schedules, supervision of electrical works, grounding standards etc.
DME: Designing of mechanical packages for electronic equipment & knowledge of AUTOCAD, ProE, Catia, solid works for drafting and generation of drawings.
DCE(civil): Civil works like preparation of drawings, construction/ designing of RCC buildings, roads, earth retaining walls, surveying and leveling with latest equipment etc.
